-​Entered into the wood back on December 1, 2018, this 7-year bourbon spent years pulling deep flavor from a heavy Char 4 barrel with a Medium Toast. The high-rye mash bill (21%) combined with square pot distillation gives it a robust, velvety mouthfeel packed with brown sugar, warm baking spices, and charred oak complexity—all at a uncut 125 proof.
