Had a big scare this weekend when a huge explosion sent me running outside to see this. Honestly, thought my neighbor's motorhome that he lives in exploded, but it was his shop. Grateful that all were ok and that our Fire Department showed up fast and in force.

Yes, this is a buck...in my house. Meet Mauricio. This little guy is sweet as sugar, calls for his meals and is now crate trained for when I am not home if he is unable to be outside. He just needs a little extra love and calories before he can be back with the herd. He was getting bullied when he just couldn't find a friend in his age/size group. We call the farm SnuggleBucks and this guy lives up to it very well!

I am one of those people who will do whatever is needed for their critters....probably why everyone asks me to take in the stray or unwanted. This little guy is enjoying his inside time and the kiddo keeps teasing he is just faking to get out of the barn. Being one of the smaller boys, he really just needs some extra food and attention away from the crowd.
