Good morning! We are at the Overland Park Farmers Market this morning and we have something special.

We have ten bags of sorghum flour and five bags of ancient grain cake flour...they won't last long.

And of course, we have all of our regular flours like rye, rouge de Bordeaux and funky fusion bread flour among others!

We can't wait to see you on this chilly autumn morning!

Good morning!!! We are at the Overland Park Farmers Market inside the pavilion today! We we will be outside Springfield Missouri at the Ozarks Homesteading expo next weekend....so if your in Kansas City, come see us and get some heirloom wheat and ancient grain flour, all grown without Herbicides.

Today we are running a special on turkey red wheat, 2lbs sacks for $5.50!

Turkey Red wheat is an old wheat that was brought to Kansas via Ukraine by Mennonites in the 1800s! Come and get a bag and taste some history!

We rarely break out the turkey red two pound bags. These were milled yesterday evening and is great for bran muffins, hearty yeast breads and even cookies.
