Good morning!!! We are at the Overland Park Farmers Market inside the pavilion today! We we will be outside Springfield Missouri at the Ozarks Homesteading expo next weekend....so if your in Kansas City, come see us and get some heirloom wheat and ancient grain flour, all grown without Herbicides.

Today we are running a special on turkey red wheat, 2lbs sacks for $5.50!

Turkey Red wheat is an old wheat that was brought to Kansas via Ukraine by Mennonites in the 1800s! Come and get a bag and taste some history!

We rarely break out the turkey red two pound bags. These were milled yesterday evening and is great for bran muffins, hearty yeast breads and even cookies.

Better late than never! The Opal Bakery in Waverly, KS carries a full lineup of our stone milled flour...they also bake sourdough bread with 100% heirloom that we grow and mill. The sourdough needs to be ordered by Friday and picked up on Sunday.

Ancient Grain cake flour is back. The owl holding the keys on the bag is by Rural Pearl - Cut Paper Art by Angie Pickman. We license her art to use on alot of our bags.

Buy a bag of flour and support a local farmer AND a local artist...and make this spectacular Key Lime Pound Cake also!
