More Here ↓ Botticelli Foods USA was founded in 2002 by Joseph Asaro and Sons.

Their humble beginning links back four generations to the island of Sicily where their ancestors worked as farmers and local grocers. Reconnecting to their family roots, the Asaro family began importing olive oil made from olives of their region in Sicily. The demand in America for Botticelli olive oil quickly outpaced their capacity and their main operation moved to a state-of-the-art facility in Puglia—Italy's olive oil production capital. This facility as well as their other mediterranean, Italian and Sicilian facilities enabled Botticelli to meet its growing customer base and demands. Premium pasta sauces, rich vinegars, semolina pasta, and specialty items were then added to their portfolio of high-quality products, allowing them to grow into a well-respected name in the Italian food industry. Botticelli Foods is still family owned and operated by CEO Salvatore Asaro, the son of founder Joseph Asaro.

Spooky season called… it wants stuffed peppers 🎃👻🧡 A cozy, cheesy Halloween dinner made with Botticelli’s USDA Organic Traditional Pasta Sauce 🍅✨

Ingredients
4 large orange bell peppers
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 jar Botticelli USDA Organic Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
½ cup grated Parmesan, divided
1 small yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes, optional
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Prep the peppers: Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Using a small, sharp knife, carefully cut jack-o’-lantern faces into each pepper.
Cook the turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes. Add garlic and ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is browned and no longer pink.
Add the sauce: Stir in Botticelli Organic Traditional Pasta Sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Make the filling: Stir in the cooked quinoa, chopped spinach, ricotta and ½ cup mozzarella. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the spinach wilts and everything is well combined.
Stuff the peppers: Place the peppers upright in a baking dish. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly into each pepper, filling them to the top.
Add the cheese: Top each pepper with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake: Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil and serve warm.
