Made fresh today for a new client!

- This customer customized her cajita &’d asked for a fruit tart (Last pic is the fruit tart I offer except small) to be included in her box, making her total $60. She also wanted no veggies so we focused mainly on meats, fruits, and cheeses 🔥

Hey 👋🏼 my Name is Evelyn Barboza and im 26 years old! Soy Mexicana, nacida en Monclova, Coahuila 🇲🇽 I came to Memphis, TN when I was 3 years old and been a Memphian since! 🐻 Im a very eclectic person that loves to chase adventures and anything Nature! ☀️🪴 I enjoy learning new things daily & I’m very intrigued by human psychology. Really, theres many things I love and very few things I don’t. I appreciate healthy, clean-eating but have no label, its all about balance! I finally got over my own self doubt and decided to share what I love to do with you all.

How did I get into Charcuterie?
Well, I was scrolling through insta and saw a girl post her boards, it caught my eye! All the color and new things I hadn’t tried!! I ordered from her and was all in from that first board ❤️🔥 Its all about venturing out of your limits and digging all into the boards! Mix and match &&’d dont be afraid to cause an explosion of flavors in your paladar 💣💥 (omg I get excited just thinking about it! )

To wrap it up, I want to tell you all Every box I make is made with love and so much detail. Every single box is made exclusively for you only. No other box I make is the same. Please keep in mind that Charcuterie is a luxury, its the perfect gift to anyone - Men /children/ women / and most definitely is a act of love when shared amongst others ❤️
