Yea yea I’ve been quiet or whatever but hear me out, mane! I’ve been up to something. I mean it’s been mostly drinking water buuut a few months ago, I got the bright idea to update my resume and look for a job after 2 years of freelance catering in the film industry. Ain’t gonna lie..I look real good on paper! 😂 So that landed me in this Italian spot. Everything was cool about the job except the check 💀 so I had another bright idea: Attach a freaking cover letter 😂 It’s been a minute since I had to actually apply for a job. Clients usually call me ya know 😅 Anyways, this company Bon Appetit hits me back for an immediate interview. I show up and recognize one of the chefs from competing on Iron Chef 👀 which was kinda cool. The interview went smooth, but it was the first time I’ve been asked to do a stagiaire (cooking test). I had 3 hours to complete 3 dishes and they didn’t tell me what ingredients I could use until I showed up! Well I showed up and showed out! I beat out almost 30 candidates that went to school for this!
Basically, all I’m saying is you’re looking at a new Chef for Bon Appetit Management whipping up new dishes for Rhodes College! Drink More Water, Mane!!
