As we close out 2025, we are filled with gratitude and pride for what has been built through The Gradus Project and Mickey’s Popcorn.

2025 marked a major evolution for our purpose-driven gourmet popcorn brand:
• Expanded placements in hotels, airports, grocery, and corporate gifting
• Attended our first Corporate Market
• Continued creating transitional jobs for survivors through every batch we popped
Every bag sold this year helped fund dignity, stability, and economic mobility.

2025 was a breakthrough year
• Became a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship sponsor
• Built partnerships with employers, colleges, and workforce systems
• Provided certifications, paid work-based learning, and real pathways to jobs
We did not just run a program — we built a pipeline.
What makes this model different
Mickey’s Popcorn and The Gradus Project are not separate stories — they are one connected ecosystem:
A social enterprise that proves people can earn while they learn, businesses can grow while they give, and healing can happen in the workplace.
