What a glorious day! Now that we’ve made it to beautiful weather, we’ve selected some ideas for the outdoors to feature in our tasting today. First, a terrific white blend of Riesling, Kerner, and Pinot Blanc from Austria - perfect for a sunny patio afternoon. Next, a juicy, chillable red from Slovenia composed of Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt. New Pinot Noir from Southern Australia by Wm. Downie, this is the “Cathedral” Cuvée. And if you’re doing some grilling out back, can’t miss this balanced and savory Malbec from Alto Cedro, grown at the famed La Consulta vineyard in Mendoza.
