🌶️ This is what “no shortcuts” looks like at Nick’s Pickled Peppers.

After you all sold us out of pickled jalapeños at our first Memphis Farmers Market yesterday, we got right back to work! Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the next batch—from prepping and chopping the peppers to measuring ingredients and filling each jar.

There’s time, care, and plenty of work behind every jar, and we’re proud to share that process with you.
