past thirty-five years. Palazola Produce Co. Palazola hopes to service YOU as well.

We service a customer base of over four hundred
businesses, which include retail outlets, restaurants, schools, hospitals,
and federal and state facilities. is a leading wholesale and distributor of fruits and
vegetables in the Greater Memphis Tri-State Area. We are majority family
owned, built on four generations of produce family knowledge. We have a
diverse regional clientele base and have

a 150 mile radius distribution range. As the regions only full-service produce distributor, we operate out of a 65,000
square foot building with a complete in house pre-cut operation, full service
banana and tomato ripening and repacking operation and full line of fresh
fruits and vegetables. Palazola stresses food safety and is inspected annually by an independent third
party auditing firm. Our current third party audit received a score of 95.06%
(excellent). We operate 24/7 with and emphasis on quality and service. Our clientele
represents a robust mix of institutional and retail customers inclusive of
restaurant, casino, wholesale, retail grocery, correctional and hospitality

It is with heavy hearts that we share our deepest condolences on the passing of Mitchell “Mitch” Dillard.
He wasn’t just a colleague—he was that guy—the one who always knew something about everything or at least knew someone who did.

He was a wealth of knowledge, a problem solver, and someone you could always count on.
Mitch moved with intention in everything he did.
You could say he walked it like he talked it—a man of his word, dedicated, and always leading by example.
He was an asset to our team, a self-starter who never needed to be told twice, and someone who took pride in his work and those around him.

His presence will be deeply missed, but his impact will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, and we hope you find comfort in the love, support, and cherished memories shared by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
