We must purchase all our 4-day tickets this Sunday, so we need an accurate count of team members.

MIM’s Beale Street Music Festival and World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest will take place at the Memphis Fairgrounds in 2022.

We have come up with a booth design honoring Ghana, the 2020 Memphis in May country, that we think will compete well in Best Booth. We plan on getting started with construction of the booth facade this month, and we could use the help of team members who are a little bit handy.

The build will happen the last two weekends of March - the 21st-22nd and the 28th-29th. Volunteers will mainly assist Brent and Travis build the facade out of plywood and vinyl. The build will be at the Holliday Flowers warehouse, at 440 Monroe in The Edge District. If you can help, please reply to this email.

In other team news:

Please pay your dues if you haven't already. Use the link in the email we sent out. If you don't have that email, post a comment and we will get a link to you.
Even if you plan to pay by check, we need you to fill out the online form so we have your T-shirt size and other information. Use the "Pay Later" option if you want to pay by check.

A team Meat & Greet is planned for Sunday, April 5. This will be an opportunity to get to know your teammates and talk BBQ with Kris and the cooks.

We're not doing the Atoka regional so we can do the Meat & Greet that weekend.

We are doing Southaven Springfest. That event is April 23-26 with Saturday the 25th being the biggest day.
