🌽 FALL HARVEST HELP WANTED 🌽
Harvest is getting close, and I’m looking for a few good people to help us out this fall at Graf Farms.
We’re looking for dependable people who aren’t afraid to work, enjoy being around farm equipment, and take pride in doing a good job.
The work will include running tractors, grain carts, trucks and other equipment, hauling grain, and helping with whatever needs to be done to keep harvest moving.
I’m looking for people who:
• Show up when they say they will
• Work hard
• Take care of the equipment
• Can work safely and independently
• Have a good attitude
• Aren’t afraid of long days when the weather and crop conditions cooperate
Farm experience is definitely a plus, but I’m willing to train the right person. I’d rather have someone with a good work ethic and the right attitude than someone who has experience but doesn’t want to work.
This is seasonal fall/harvest work, with the possibility of additional work depending on the person and our needs.
💰 Pay will be competitive and based on experience.
If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, your farm/equipment experience, and what you’re looking for.
And if you know someone who would be a good fit, tag them or share this post.
Looking forward to putting together a good crew and having a great harvest.
