Today I decided to use some of our friends’ products and make some steak!
I started off by seasoning up some big sirloin tip steaks with some delicious Jim Quessenberry BBQ Steak Beautiful seasoning. Then I cooked them sous vide for 2 hours using the Anova Nano circulator set to 140 degrees. Then I seared them off on the Camp Chef sear box for a couple of minutes per side and ended up with some nice medium-well steaks. To top them off I added my favorite steak sauce, the Country Bob's All Purpose sauce! And that was lunch!
Just went to Harps and picked some up. I’m excited to try them!
