Even though it was an early morning start and a really hot day. We enjoyed ourselves at the Lucky Clover Showdown Jackpot Show in Nashville, AR today! To the ladies who put it on, they done wonderful. The show in our opinion ran smoothly, and was fun for even the parents and kids. Rylee Kelley was a wonderful judge, one that was patient and took her time with the kids. I am so very proud of each of the kids that showed up and showed out.

Senior Milkers:
Lemon- 2nd
Vanellope- 1st, Reserve Champion Senior Dairy Doe.

Junior Doe:
Flower- 1st

Bucks:
Azrael- 2nd
Arrow- 3rd
Timber- 1st, Champion dairy buck, and 3rd Overall Dairy Buck with a blower.

Showmanship:
Savannah- Reserve Champion Senior
Caleb- Reserve Champion Junior

As you can see, this is how we transport bucklings when they can’t behave in the trailer. It was a blast!

LD White Arrow and Blazin’ Timber are not happy that they are being weaned and Azrael’s face shows it to. After all the excitement of WOW! Big yard! The young boys quickly realized that they are not with momma and others, Prinz and Azrael were so good, while thinking it was a good idea to just lay down in front of the fan after they seen the bucklings.

These past few days have been an exhilarating journey of emotions, from surprise to triumph, as we've celebrated our shared passion for the Green Country Dairy Goat Club and Show. We're thrilled to see young men and women like Savannah and Caleb showcase their exceptional breeding skills, learning from each other and the esteemed judges who offer valuable insights into these magnificent breeds. Every individual's dedication to this event is truly appreciated. As Savannah and Caleb participated in each ring, they demonstrated remarkable poise, knowing they were up against experienced competitors. Despite being younger and less mature, their goats shone, and they exited with pride, feeling proud of their accomplishments. Here are their notable placings:

Arrow thought he needed to help us out while we were cleaning out the doe barn this afternoon. Flower even joined in, I wasn’t able to get the camera up fast enough. Arrow was a big help with spreading the hay around in the wagon as it was added. Timber just watched from the safety of the stand.
