‼️‼️IMPORTANT (LONG) READ: to the LOCAL residents that decided it would be a great idea to tear up our hay fields with your four wheelers - I’d love to know why. You see my family working those fields day in and day out, weekends, holidays, almost hundred degree weather, and still you thought that it would be a good idea to trespass and destroy our livelihood. This is not the first time that local residents have helped themselves to our farm and caused damage and loss. To the woman that hopped the fence and rode our 47 year old Palomino ba****ck and then proceeded to make TikTok‘s in our pastures - why? To the people that come and feed the ponies (despite the signs) to the point where they get sick and I have to call the vet right before my children are about to bring them to the fair - why? To the local residents who take photos and post false narratives to deter people from supporting our farm - why? To the people who rip up and down the driveway to startle the pigs and make them run - why? Just to name a few….Everybody wonders why I’m quiet on social media, why I’ve given up the beloved programs here on the farm, why our farm is basically closed to the public now - this is our why. We genuinely appreciate everybody who continues to support us and purchase our commodities and we felt it was time to share our why for keeping our life and our livelihood a bit more private these days. We’ve let a lot go, but we are done with this. We are tired. We are defeated. We will no longer allow people to put our livelihood, our legacy in jeopardy. Huge thank you to those that respect our hours, signs, practices, our land, and our animals. You’re the reason why we still do what we do. ❤️🧑🏼‍🌾👩🏼‍🌾

Let your elected officials know that this bill will add a further burden to the Small Farms in New Jersey. By increasing the amount that each farm assessed property needs to produce, small farmers will lose access to valuable cropland. Small Farms have enough problems to deal with. This bill will throw one more roadblock in our way. Please contact your local elected officials.
