CSA Week 20! That’s a wrap on our CSA season! The ups, the downs, the rain 🌧️, the largest power outage since Hurricane Sandy. We want to sincerely thank all of our CSA members for their support, which will now allow us to make some much needed infrastructure investments on the farm. For our last week, members received butternut squash, green beans, fingerling potatoes, fresh baby ginger, and red and yellow storage onions. Great ingredients and perfect weather for some soup!

Our farm stand will still be open on the weekends, just in time for pumpkins! 🎃 We hope to see you there!

CSA Week 19! Fall prep continues and pumpkins are almost here! In the meantime, a very green CSA for our members this week - arugula, lettuce mix, green beans, and garlic. 🫛🍃🥬🧄

WE ARE OFFICIALLY Real Organic Project CERTIFIED!!! This means a lot to us. The standard USDA Organic program has been watered down over the years and no longer means what it used to. Real Organic Project is a farmer led movement created to help regenerative soil based farms stand out in a crowded marketplace and educate consumers about the importance of soil in organic agriculture. We’ve always tried to go beyond standard organic practices. The Real Organic label represents our style of farming much more than the standard Organic certification. CSA Week 18! We hope our CSA members like late 90s/early 2000s nu-metal rap/rock because our sweet Korn is in! No BT spliced into this korn, no BT sprayed on it either! This crop is one of Jersey’s finest. This week our members received sweet korn, scallions, carrots, and fingerling potatoes. We are loving this September weather and September’s bounty. 🌽🥕🥔

CSA Week 17! Lots of arugula for our CSA members this week - this week was our “Astro” strain, more nutty than spicy and less serrated leaves and more smooth. Plus some garlic, fresh baby ginger, and yellow onion.

CSA Week 16! Hard to believe we’re *sweet sixteen* weeks into our CSA! This week our members received cherry tomatoes, mini gem lettuce, large tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, and red onion. Still enjoying our summer tomato bounty before fall sets in 🍅!

CSA Week 15! Lots of cover crop action at the farm during the back half of August, plus some great veg for our CSA members. Fresh baby ginger made its debut this week, and nope, this isn’t your grocery store ginger - no tough outer skin and no peeling necessary. Enjoy! 🫚

CSA Week 14! We’re getting ants in our pants thinking about fall, but still out here enjoying summer’s bounty. This week our CSA members received a sweet pepper mix, kale, scallions, large tomatoes, and upstate abundance potatoes.

CSA Week 13! Despite more rain (and lots of it!), we’ve got a great CSA this week with all the fixings for a yummy homemade pizza. Mini gem lettuce heads, garlic, basil, cherry tomatoes, and big tomatoes. Bellissimo!

CSA Week 12! This seems to be the summer of storms ⛈️ and rain ☔️! Needless to say we won’t be irrigating for a while. We got our first sizable harvest of field tomatoes this week, yum! 🍅
