🌽 Brazilian Corn Weekends at Greener Acres Farm! 🥛

Some of you may know that each summer we grow and sell what we locally call “Brazilian corn.” This is a type of field corn (simply just cow corn), rather than traditional sweet corn. It has a firmer texture and higher starch content and is especially popular with many in our local Brazilian and Portuguese-speaking community.

We’ll be selling Brazilian corn on the weekends for approximately the next 3–4 weeks.

A quick note for our raw milk customers: Corn weekends bring a lot of extra traffic to the farm! We will do our very best to keep the farm store stocked with raw Jersey milk, but milk does tend to sell out faster on these weekends. If you're making a special trip for raw milk, we recommend coming earlier in the day when possible.
