Last Call for these Hosta!
We often get questions about our 'Collector's Corner' and it's actually quite simple. Any variety of Hosta that has 6 or less plants left, go to the 'Collector's Corner'.
No these Hosta are not necessarily more expensive, they are not 'rare' or 'harder to grow'- we simply only have a few left.
So for our HOSTA DAY tomorrow (Sat. June 6th) we will have a special "Last Call' display on the Pad!
I have taken every variety that we only have one or two plants of and brought them all to the Pad. I got some real great hosta in there, such as, 'El Nino', 'Dancing with Dragons', 'Justine', 'Popcorn', and many others.
Will you be the one to get them? When they're gone, they're gone (we won't have most of the varieties available again until next season at the earliest)
Open 8am-4pm, we hope to see you there!

Hosta 'Empress Wu' is a Giant Classic!
This example sits about 5 ft across, all photos are of the same plant, just from either side. Last photo has a standard BIC pen on one of the leaves for a size comparison.
We have Empress Wu for sale in both 1.5gal ($28.98) and 2gal ($34.98).

It's in bloom, so I have to show off this beautiful Chionanthus.
This B&B tree is for sale! ( we do also have some smaller ones as well) But what a stunner!
Would be a lovely addition to, well, anywhere. Zone 3-9. This beauty currently stands around 12 ft tall, they max out around 20ft. This is about as mature a specimen as you'll be able to buy.
Even if you don't want big trees, there will be plenty of smaller plants available at the farm this Saturday! (June 6th) 8am-4pm, we will be OPEN!

Today I'm thinking about Physocarpus opulifolius 'Center Glow'. Commonly called 'Ninebark' this deciduous shrub is a fantastic addition to the garden. Deep burgandy leaves contrast wonderfully with the delicate white flowers. Hardy zones 3-7, it can handle full sun to part shade, and once established, require little care.
We sell this plant in a few sizes here at the Farm, cxome check them out!
