🚨Oops, I did it again😬 forgot to post this weeks hours. Please forgive me!

Open until 10pm tonight, 6/5, next to Uncle Joes!

Tomorrow, 6/6, I will be at the softball tournament at Strouss Park in Mendota, 9-430pm!
Morning start time means I will have BREAKFAST BURRITOS available!! That’s right, breakfast burritos!🌯 🍳🥓Bacon, Sausage, and Chorizo options! You won’t want to miss these!

Carne Seca is also available at the food truck!

🚨 just realizing that I didn’t post the hours for this week. I apologize about that!

Today, 5/28, we were at the Pistol Shrimp game. Thank you Pistol Shrimp Baseball for having us!⚾️

Friday, 5/29, we will be at Uncle Joes in Mendota from 4-10pm. Opening later than usual in order to get things prepared. I apologize for any inconvenience. 🍺🌮

Saturday, 5/30, event at a campground. 🏕️🌯

Summer is officially upon us, so the crew is very busy. Our weekends all summer are pretty booked. Catch us around the Illinois Valley and keep checking back for weekly updates!
