TWO YEARS of Banoi SoCal 🎉
It’s hard to believe, but today marks two whole years since Banoi SoCal came to life. What started as a small dream rooted in family recipes and late-night kitchen experiments has grown into something so much bigger — and that’s all thanks to you.
To every single person who has showed up for us — whether you grabbed a box of garlic noodles at a night market, ordered bao buns for your party, or shared a kind word about our food — THANK YOU. You’ve helped us grow into something real and rooted in community.
Some things we’re really proud of:
🥢 Handmade with love: Every single spring roll, salad roll, and wonton is hand wrapped. Every. Single. One. We put flavor and quality above everything, and that extra care is something we’ll never compromise on.
🔥 From-scratch sauces: Whether it’s our hot chili oil, peanut sauce or teriyaki sauce - every sauce and marinade is made in-house. It takes time, but it means every bite has that layered, intentional flavor we believe in.
🌱 Sustainability: Somewhere down the road, we decided to eliminate as much unnecessary plastic as possible. No more plastic to-go bags, and we swapped out the garlic noodle bowls for compostable paper ones. It’s a small change that makes a big difference — and we’re proud to keep moving in that direction.
🫶 Mindful ingredients: We believe in moderation and being mindful of what goes into our bodies — and yours. We’ve made conscious swaps like using avocado oil instead of seed oils, and we’re always thinking about how we can nourish our community in the best way possible.
📈 Growth: In April, we had our best month yet! It’s wild and humbling to think about how far we’ve come — and we know we’re just getting started.
