Message from Tim:

Find joy in the journey.
This is our Milk and Honey motto

For those who know, we’ve had many upsets this past year: my mom’s brain surgery, my dad’s stroke, losing our baker, equipment breaking down, and more.

However, we’ve also had a lot of joys: my wife and I having our first child, mom and dad making a full recovery, being blessed with a great team, and being able to serve our customers everyday.

Due to the size of our team and the resources we have available, we have decided to change our business hours to 4:00am - 1:00pm.

To be honest, this journey hasn’t been the most joyful for me these past few months; working long ours everyday. I constantly feel burnt out and it has affected my health, my family and my team.

In efforts of finding that joy again, changing our hours would allow me to take better care of myself, spend more time with my family, and invest more into my team.

Although this was a tough decision, we believe it is the right one. We appreciate all your support. We hope that you are encouraged to find joy in your journey as well.
