Two Track Malting is creating North Dakota’s first craft malting facility supplying craft brewers with malted grain used as a major ingredient in the brewing process. Two Track Malting sources grain grown by Arrow K Farms and Stober Farms in ND, which then goes through the malting process by steeping, germinating and kilning the grain to produce malt. We see a significant opportunity to provide cr

aft brewers with malt that can be customized to a specific recipe and also provide traceability so brewers can share the story of where the grain comes from to differentiate their product from their competition. At Two Track Malting we know where the grain comes from even down to the two track roads farmers use in their field.

Beautiful day for brewing!

We brewed a collaboration beer with our barley farmer, Two Track Malting!

Andy and Reed wrote this recipe- a low alcohol IPA with all local ingredients- including hops from Christensen Hops!

Look out for this brew on tap soon and stop in for a pint this Sunny afternoon.

On the Mo River Red IPA, our collab with out of North Dakota, is available today! This Red IPA is made entirely with Two Track malt and features their Red River malt with a punch of Mosaic and Simcoe hops! We had a blast brewing this collab with Two Track! Stop down and give it a try! 🍻🏞️
