My Story
Growing up in a family of cooks/bakers/ and restaurant owners, one learns a thing or two over the years. In the end resulting in my passion to bake for others. Living in the state of Michigan, I am blessed to have a Cottage Food Law that allows me to bake and sell certain types of treats within the guidelines. Under the Cottage Food Law, non-potentially hazardous foods that do not require time and/or temperature control for safety can be produced in a home kitchen (the kitchen of the person's primary domestic residence) for direct sale to customers at farmers markets, farm markets, roadside stands or other direct markets. With that being said, I am working on getting a few things in order and I will be up and ready to take your orders for baked goods.
