Fresh, locally raised rainbow trout - cut to order, hickory smoked trout fillets, delicious smoked trout spread, and pickled pink rainbow trout are all available on the Farm this season. We also offer fishing, tours of the hatchery, and beautifully scenic natural areas for you to wander about. The grill will be cooking up some delicious fish (and a bit of non-fish) beginning May 3, 2025. Hours are 12pm-6pm Saturday & Sunday, by appointment Mon - Fri.

The Menomonie Farmers Market is in its final weekend and our friends Mike and Mary are taking over for Jeremiah while he takes his Cross Country team to Conference.

We will also be at the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market this weekend for your World Series noms.

When we get to October, do you think Farmer's Market? There are so many great things available from a fall harvest, including Rainbow trout!

Have you ever tried Smoked Trout chowder? Just mix a trout spread into your favorite fall chowder recipe and toss in some smoked trout fillet chunks.

And that's a wrap on our 2026 Summer Season at the Fish Farm! A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our musicians, fishermen, and visitors new and old who made this such a wonderful season. And a big thanks to our hard working crew this summer who took the reigns to keep the fun going while Jeremiah and family have been busy at farmers markets and on the campaign trail! We can't wait for 2027! - in the meantime we are now open by arrangement. If you would like to stop down please give us a call, email, or message us. Eat My Fish!

Last chance for Hobo Chefin' for the season is tomorrow (Sept 27th). We'll be ending our season with Maple Ridge Band live at Jeremiah's Bullfrog Fish Farm from 1:30-4:30pm. The Packers don't play, and the weather will be perfect, so there is no where else you need to be besides around the fishing pond! See you then, EAT MY FISH!

Holy moly, can you believe that we've reached our final weekend of the season for Live Music and Hobo Chefin? Its true, time flies when you're having fun, and boy did we have a fun season! After the end of Sept we'll be open by arrangement, so just give us a call or message us if you'd like to come fishing or buy some products! Until then, Let's close out our summer season with a bang!
