💙 A Little Update from the BYBBQ Family 💙
We wanted to share a little bit of what's been happening behind the scenes.
Many of you know us as Mr. and Mrs. BYBBQ, but at the end of the day, we're just Charlie and Stephanie...two people chasing a dream, one bottle, one box, and one customer at a time.
Over the past couple of weeks, life threw us a major curveball. Stephanie experienced a serious medical emergency that landed her in the ICU in a fight for her life. Thankfully, she's on the road to recovery, but that road includes a rehab stay followed by several weeks of daily treatments.
The good news? She's getting stronger every day.
The bad news? She has strict orders to not work...which anyone who knows Stephanie knows is probably the hardest part of the whole ordeal. 😄
In the meantime, Charlie has officially been promoted to Chief Everything Officer. He's packing orders, answering messages, and managing inventory, all while going back to his day job (which has been so gracious in allowing him to stay by her side).
Orders are absolutely still shipping! You may notice an occasional small delay, and we're a little behind getting some exciting new products into our hands, photographed, added to the website, and fully restocked. We promise they're coming, and we appreciate your patience while we catch up.
One thing this experience has reminded us is that BBQ is so much more than smoke, seasoning, and trophies.
BBQ is family.
Whether you've ordered from us once, stopped by our new trailer, chatted with us at competitions, or have supported us since day one, you've become part of our family. Your prayers, encouragement, messages, shares, and orders mean more than we could ever put into words.
Thank you for giving us a little grace while Stephanie focuses on healing and Charlie keeps the wheels turning. We can't wait to get back to full speed and keep bringing you products we're excited to share.
