Ambriola Pecorino Romano Cheese. Pecorino means “of sheep” in Italian. This hard, slightly salty cheese is made from sheeps milk and is popular sprinkled on Pasta, or our Meatball Sandwiches. We grate it fresh for you every day, or have it in chunks if you want to grate it yourself.
