Here is information on how our American Wagyu Beef animals are sold to our customers.

All Wagyu animals vary in weight at time of harvest. So you can expect that 1/4 beef will weigh +/- 250 lbs. hanging weight @ Locker.
So you would buy the 1/4 beef from our farm at $7/lb. x +/- 250 lbs., which equals +/- $1,750. We also sell 1/2 beef and whole animals.
We use Sanders Meat Locker in Turlock for the cut & wrap. Their standard cut & wrap price is $1.30/lb. The onsite farm butcher has a charge $50 per 1/4 beef.
The Sanders Meat Locker charge will cost approximately $375.
