Just cleaning up our March orders, we have (1)1/2 or (2) 1/4’s left over. Let me know if you would like one of those.

For March, we still have forehead of beef that will be ready and six hogs. Contact us to be put on our list and get set up. Have your beef for Hal cut up the way you like.

We have a good supply of whole cow hamburger right now.

We are sold out of ho hog sausage, hopefully we will get restocked with that in the next month or two.

Just to kickstart the year, we will offer the next new customer to order a full beef at a $.25 discount over our regular price. that would be about a $200 discount. Get all your roast, steaks, and burger, cut wrapped and froze and ready to go in your freezer. 

We keep it pretty simple to buy in bulk and fill your freezer for many great meals throughout the year

Ready to start a new year, we are just about cleaned up with last years beef and pork orders. The last 6 head are going to butcher on Monday. We should have a good supply of processing dates coming up. Let us know if you’d like beef or pork. For January we have available:
-grain fed beef
-grass fed beef
-pork
Everything sold by the hanging weight plus processing fees to
have it cut the way you like. When you get it, it is cut wrapped and frozen ready to go in your freezer.

For January, we are going to continue our free basic processing on a hog when you purchase a whole beef and a whole hog together.

He also have whole cow hamburger available by the pound, can also be purchased in single pound packages up to large quantities.

Who needs beef??? We’ve got a couple that are looking good and ready to go. Get all your steaks, roast, and burger. Fill your freezer and eat good all through the winter.

Prefer pork? Well then order you hog. Get you pork chops, sausage, hams and who doesn’t love bacon. Other cuts available as well, but let’s be honest…you only read the part about bacon.

Having a hard time deciding which one you want? Order a whole of each and I’ll take care of the cost on the basic processing for the hog.

We have a some grain fed beef, 2 grass fed beef, and about 6 hogs that are just about ready for the processor. Get a hold of me for any questions or to lock In your order. Processing dates get very hard to secure for the next two months but we have some.

We are quickly coming up on that time when processing of our beef and pork gets extremely difficult to schedule. We are asking potential customers to consider locking in their order a little earlier and as soon as possible. We have processing dates between now and the middle of October. If you would like to get a whole or a half beef or pork, let us know to get on our list and we should be able to do it in a timely manner. Any orders after the middle of October will probably not be able to be done until about the first of the year.

We appreciate all of our customers, that we can work for you and provide a quality product for you and your family.

If you purchase a whole beef and a whole hog we will cover the cost of basic processing on the hog.

We also have whole cow burger and whole hog sausage large links in stock.

We have plenty of processing dates reserved for August and September. If you’d like beef or pork, it would be best to reserve now so we can do it in a timely manner. Once October hits processing dates get very backed up.

If you are a member of or have a kid who is a member of a: church group, youth sports team, boys/Girl Scouts, community organization, or anyone else who would have a need to fundraisers, we have sent packages with our beef, pork, freezer’s, lawnmowers, Husqvarna, Outdoor, Power Equipment, and/or Trailers.
