Only 4 more market days left for this season. Come see us on Wednesday 8 - noon and Saturday 8 - noon.

We have a variety of winter squash. It stores well in the winter months, it is healthy, good tasting, and easy to prepare. We also have a variety of peppers (can freeze for those sausage sandwiches on game days, throw some in your chili or top off your homemade pizza). 3 different kinds of potatoes: red, white and purple. Pick up some nice Candy onions. We have Honey Crisp, Crimson Crisp, Yellow Delicious, McIntosh, Snap Dragon, Ambrosia apples. We have "not so nice" (reduced) apples, too to make crisp, pie, applesauce, cake with. You will see some fall decor (pumpkins, large goose neck gourds, extra large bird house gourds, mini pumpkins). We have cabbage for your haluski or cole slaw. And, yes, we still have red and yellow tomatoes for your BLT. You never know what we have until you see it for yourself!

Get pumpkins, fall mums, fresh produce, bakery treats, homegrown flowers, artisan popups and more to enjoy summer fun - 8 AM Noon Saturday at the pavilion next to Quaker Steak and L**e (101 Chestnut Street, Sharon, PA)!!! Plus kids activities with Trails & Twigs; Americorps and the Mercer County Food Bank. And enjoy the Book Cart from the Community Library of the Shenango Valley!

Our featured nonprofit this week is Mercer County Food Bank and our community organization is MCCFCU! Our farm vendors include Battle Row Farm Market; Ferris Farm Produce; Cresswell Produce; Miller's Produce & Flowers; and Valley Home Farm.

We'll also have Allie's Sweet Tooth cookie truck with bakery treats; plus our friends at Quaker Steak & L**e!

As we head into October - just a reminder that we have only five weeks left of the Downtown Sharon Farmers Market. Make sure to stop out 8 AM - Noon Wednesdays & Saturday at the pavilion next to Quaker Steak & L**e to get your fresh produce, baked goods, artisan items and to do free crafts on Saturdays with the kids! Only 3 markets left! If you love local produce, supporting small business, and growing our community, then join us this Sunday for the Hubbard Farmers Market!

Here at the farmers market, you get the chance to connect with all of our farmers, makers, and bakers one-on-one, forming real human connection with the people who produce your food, art, and more. We encourage you to make those connections now, so that after the market season is over, you can continue showing up to these small businesses where they are at to support them and to shop for what you need locally. Now's also the perfect time to stock up for the fall and winter - produce for canning and cold storage, Christmas gifts, and extra cookies to stash in your freezer!

We can't wait to connect with you this Sunday from 10:00-2:00 at the Roosevelt Student Wellness Center at 110 Orchard Ave SE, and every week after through the end of September! Tag a friend who owes you a coffee.

Plus we'll have a Labor Day weekend corn roast starting at 10 AM - corn is $2 each or 3 for $5 - freshly roasted on the grill by Haitian Sensation plus fresh watermelon $1 a slice. Corn and Watermelon provided by our farmers!
