A bánh mì is a Vietnamese sandwich that combines Vietnamese flavors with the French influence of a crispy baguette.

Ours will be served on a demi-baguette from Pane e Pronto and filled with traditional Vietnamese-style meats from Howard & Son, prepared in-house using traditional recipes: lemongrass pork, pâté, and chả lụa (Vietnamese pork sausage).

We're loading it up with house-made pickled daikon and carrots, fresh sliced cucumber, and cilantro for that perfect balance of savory, tangy, crunchy, and fresh.

To finish it off, we'll add mayonnaise, with chili paste and jalapeños available for those who like a little extra heat! 🌶️

Crispy bread, savory meats, bright pickled veggies, and fresh herbs. What more could you ask for?!

There will be only 44 available, starting at 10:30 am on Wednesday and available until Friday or until sold out.

Big thank you to everyone who showed up for our fresh ricotta demonstration!

1 gallon whole milk
8 oz white vinegar or lemon juice

Bring milk to a SHOOT THATS HOT or about 160F

Add acid

Let curds and whey separate, and strain into a strainer or cheese cloth.

Serve as is or whip in a mixer.

Things to know about the upcoming Bánh mì.
All components are made in house, outside of the Demi baguette it’ll come from Pane e Pronto!

That means we have been working to make house made patè, chả lụa, lemongrass pork, pickled carrots, and pickled daikon radish. You’ll be able to order it with our without jalapeño slices. But truly, this isn’t a sandwich you want to miss. It’s a labor of love. Only available W-F starting at 10:30am, we are only planning to have 45 available and when the Bánh mì sells out, it’s gone.

Next week we will also have available our spring rolls as a side dish!
