We have Beef available. Going to the processor next week. Pick up would be the third or fourth week of September. Remember you can get anything from a whole Beef down to an eighth from us. Our animals hang around 500 pounds for a whole.  This means you can get an eighth for around $343. Obviously that would change depending on the size of the animal but that is our average.
That would be around 62 pounds hanging weight or approximately 37 pounds take home weight. We divide everything as evenly as possible meaning everyone gets New York strips, bone in ribeye, flat irons, sirloin steaks, filet medallions, chuck roast, round roast, stew cubes and ground beef. It also comes with ground fat, liver and bones if you want. Our prices are all inclusive. Everything is vacuum sealed, weighed and labeled. Buy local😊
