We cut and split our own wood for use in our smoker, all food is cooked fresh daily, unless you request us to cook, package and freeze it for your personal use at a later date. We do not use any pre-packaged meat. We buy it fresh and cook it fresh. Everything we cook is prepared by us, using our own recipes. We make our own rub mix and are food certified and inspected. Our prices are subject to change (if meat prices go up so do our prices) so check before any event to be sure that they are still the same or if they have changed. Once you are quoted a price and make a payment of 1/2 down the price is locked in. You have the choice of standard disposable table ware (no charge) or upgraded table ware for an additional fee of $2 per person for your event. Brownies, sugar cookies or choc. chip cookies provided at no charge. We will set up, serve and clean up a the event, all left over food and supplies are yours to keep (you paid for them so you keep them). If you prefer to go a less expensive way we can cook the meat and deliver it and you can do the rest -- we are flexible and wiling to work with your budget. If you have something you want us to cook or provide just ask we might be able to do it !!!! Thanks for considering us for your event. Pulled pork, pork chops, meatloaf or chicken breast and 2 sides - $14 per person -- add $2 per person for each additional meat from this group (example: pulled pork and chicken would be $16 per person with 2 sides) -- If adding Brisket or ribs add $4 per person - example pulled pork and brisket with 2 sides = $18 per person
Brisket or ribs with 2 sides - $16 per person -- add $ 2 per person for a meat from above group, for brisket and ribs with 2 sides add $4 per person)
