Sometimes it's difficult for a small business to find others to collaborate with. Sometimes people put up huge, glaring flags. Guess I won't be attending any comedy shows by Austin Arbogast... Pretty sad to see someone treat a business this way. Keep an eye out for our upcoming sauces!

Our Lago Vista family has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support since the fire. This community has always been the heart of what we do, and now more than ever, we feel the strength of that connection.

We want to give back and say thank you in the best way we know how: through food and togetherness.

Please join us for a free community lunch on Sunday, January 12, at noon, hosted at the Ozawkie American Legion Post 225, Kansas. We’ll be serving food that was stored safely in our walk-in—separate from the building—and we’d love to see your smiling faces, share a meal, and find strength in the company of those we hold dear.

This lunch is free to everyone. If you’d like to leave a donation, it will be greatly appreciated, but it’s not necessary. What matters most is that you stop by, say hi, and give us a much-needed hug as we navigate the road ahead.

Thank you again for all your support—it means the world to us. Let’s come together, celebrate this amazing community, and remind ourselves that Lago Vista is not just a place; it’s all of us. 💛
