We sold 270 head this week at Meridian with an active market on steers and heifers, bringing $5+ higher. Slaughter cows and packer bulls were $3–5 lower, while cow and calf pairs were too few to test.

We had a nice sale this week at Meridian-the steers and heifers are seeing some improvement. Slaughter cows were steady and replacement cows brought up to $2,950.
