A.N. Bees We are fourth generation beekeepers. We moved to California in 1993, and like many other beekeepers, we started with just a few hives.

Now we produce queens and queen cells, specifically Italian Queens as they are very productive.

We wash our cell caps. Does it make sense to do so well, we need a lot of them and it adds up. We also wash them for other queen grafters, because who doesn’t like to save money.
We are not 🌲 huggers, we hug 🐝
And bees are expensive

From concept to reality is a longer road than expected. 20 years in the making this is the year we see if it works.
8 way nuc and the ability to use frames year around.
From pollination to smaller 8 way nucs to bigger 3 nucs and back to pollination. The idea is simple, make the bees take care of the frames, less work for people.
