Ole Thunder BBQ Team This is our competition team site, we will discuss all things bbq. Ole Thunder was a Texas longhorn herd bull in the mid 1840's.

He sired many a good longhorn offspring. His lineage is still alive in many areas of Texas. He was a great defender of his herd and fought off many four and two legged predators and prey to keep them safe. We named our BBQ team and catering business in his honor. Our color scheme honors the same strength and assets that is evident in the BSU sporting areas.
