🌿 Back at Greene Street Farmers Market – Thursday, May 29! 🌿

I’ll be set up again this Thursday with another round of fresh, non-gmo, chemical free, homegrown produce:

🥬 Washed and bagged lettuce and arugula. Also kale and swiss chard.
🥒 Plenty of cucumbers, some squash and zucchini
🌿 A full lineup of eight fresh herbs
🥕 Celery, beets, microgreens, and turnips – all harvested this week
🍅 And for the first time this season: a limited supply of cherry tomatoes! Come early if you want some—they won’t last long!

Baby chicks are arriving and will begin producing eggs next Spring, just in time for the farmers market. Im adding 100 more to the existing flock! Chicks are from Valley Farms Hatchery.

I’m excited to say that I will be at the Greene Street farmers market this year starting this Thursday, May 9 so make plans to be there! It’s a biweekly schedule and I haven’t decided if I will set up on the farm on the alternate weeks or not.
This Thursday, I will have bagged lettuce and arugula, carrots, beets, turnips, kale, chard, radishes, green onions, yellow onions, eight different herbs, microgreens. Believe it or not I will also have cucumbers. The squash and zucchini are close. If I’m lucky, I will have cherry tomatoes as well, but more likely the tomatoes will be available May 23! Seedless watermelons, cantaloupes, bell peppers, okra, and celery are in the ground and will be available later this year.

The Greene Street Market at Nativity is Huntsville's downtown farmer's market and features local growers, artisans, musicians and food trucks each Thursday May through October.
