I wanted to update everyone that yesterday I had said Saturday, August 30 would be our last day participating at the Windsor Farmers Market, however things have changed. Our last day will be tomorrow August 23.  There will be a big balloon festival in Windsor on August 30 and they are locating the market in a different location  were the accommodations I just don’t think will be acceptable with the freezers, the time vendors must arrive, etc. So unfortunately tomorrow will be our last day. What a peaceful evening last night. You could hear so many little things and all of the girls and their kids chomping away at the grasses.

It’s crazy the swampy area is also the home of some type of firefly which is rare for this part of the country. Years ago, I truly thought the hot wire fence was shorting out only to discover there was too many locations and there was no fence there😉. Pretty cool to watch them.

FYI, the end is almost near. We wanted to send out a friendly reminder that there are only two weeks left that we will be participating at the Windsor Farmer’s Market. Our last day at the market will be Saturday, August 30. Please know we have ground beef, stew meat, rump roast, and brisket. We do apologize that our quantity of steaks is extremely low or many are sold out. Many customers have placed their pre-order or are on the list for the larger quantity when I have it in stock.

It’s hard to believe that we’re at the half way point participating in the Windsor Farmer’s Market. As a reminder we will not be at the market next week Saturday August 2, we will be at our county fair. Please drop by the booth tomorrow morning, you can also send me a pre-order text/call (970-396-2050) that will be available for pick up on the 9th, or we’ll see you on the 9th.😉. For those wishing to purchase a larger quantity such as an 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or 1 at a later date I highly encourage you to please let me know so I get you on the list.

Back to school will be here soon. We now offer 4 tasty snack sticks 2 sticks/pkg. that will conveniently fit in your kiddos backpacks for a fast and nutritious protein snack to enjoy after school or keep them fueled up while they’re participating in sports. The 4 flavors available are Pepperoni, Original, Jalapeno, and Teriyaki and are $3/pkg.

Last but not least, we also have our tallow lotions available. Drop by the booth and try the samples. Take advantage of our special, purchase a 4 oz. jar of lotion and receive a 1 oz. jar free. We also have 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. jars available.

Hello everyone, the Windsor farmers market will start at 8am every Saturday not 830am. The material received from Windsor said to be in place by 8am and we could start selling at 8:30am however everything starts at 8am so I wanted to clarify in case you plan on making it this way at some point .
