Eleven years ago we started this little adventure with nothing but a love for cheese curds and a dream.
Today we are beyond grateful to every single one of you, our loyal customers and squeaky curd superfans, who made it all possible.
We are excited to share that the business has officially been sold to the amazing folks at Nasonville Dairy in Marshfield, Wisconsin. They are family owned, Wisconsin proud, and they are already making the curds just as fresh, golden, and delicious as ever.
I also want to give a huge thank you to my incredible team, my awesome employees who showed up day after day. Without them the late nights, the early mornings, and the endless batches of curds would never have happened. They were the real magic behind the scenes.
This project was a real undertaking. My mother thought I was nuts. And she was right.
