I am selling our pit. $10,500. We are going to upgrade. If anyone has any questions please reach out to us directly. This was purchased directly from the factory about 18 months ago. Doors are on driver side. On a trailer and has upper racks. Been used for commercial use.

Come join us at the 2026 Rotary Rib Cook-Off on Saturday, October 10th! We will be cooking up the rib meals for all the general public! $20 will get you our Texas Style Baby Back Ribs, Pit Beans and Coleslaw! Plus you can enjoy live music, cold drinks and way in on judging if you want! This event is a blast and we are super excited to take part in it again! "The Smoke" will be flowing all day long up at the Lunda Community Park in Black River Falls so come and enjoy the fun! We may even be competing... (vote for us!)

Who wants $25 racks of ribs!! I have 20 racks available for sale. Pick up this Sunday between 11 am and 1 pm in Hatfield at our location! You pick between our KC style or Texas Style! These will be ready to eat you will need to slice at home!

It's been a great season and we are really sorry that we are ending with such short notice but we will not be able to provide consistent hours the next couple of weekends due to event obligations and other circumstances and so we have chosen to close our doors for regular hours for the rest of this season.

Please follow us here on facebook and instagram as we will be providing many opportunities this off season for you to come and have our food. We look forward to creating some exciting opportunities for everyone to dine with us as we move through the off season.

Thanks to everyone that took time to come and dine with us we enjoyed visiting and chatting with all of you as you enjoyed your meal!!

For anyone that has an event or a larger pick up scheduled with us we will 100% be fulfilling those and if anyone has a group or event they want FAB BBQ for please reach out we are still catering and cooking for events we just will not have our doors open on a regular basis.

We have the sauce!! FAB Sauce is now available for sale at the restaurant and we look forward to sharing it with everyone. For those of you that have pre ordered you can stop by for pick up whenever we are open! We thank everyone for the support as we grow our little business into new areas!

We will be selling these for $12 a bottle at the restaurant!!

What a great day today thanks to everyone that came out and dined with us today and tonight!!!! Tomorrow should be another great day for BBQ!

We will be switching over to our fall ours tomorrow and not be opening at 9 am in the month of September. Our hours for September are as follows:

Thursday 11 am to 8 pm
Friday 11 am to 8 pm
Saturday 11 am to 8 pm
Sunday 11 am to 5 pm
