Meet Jasmine, our newest release and a refreshing departure into the beautifully delicate world of Japanese-style la**rs. Brewed with rice for a wonderfully light body and has an exceptionally clean, crisp finish. Delicate grain character, lightly floral with notes of lemon-lime. gentle sweetness, and a refreshing finish make every sip just as inviting as the first. No unnecessary complexity. Just a beautifully 5.2% ABV crafted l***r that proves sometimes less really is more.

One, two… Gnosis is coming for you. Three, four… better lock your door. Five, six… grab a b**r real quick. Seven, eight… Don’t sleep on this date. Your worst nightmares are about to become your favorite Friday night at the Nightmare at Gnosis — our annual Halloween party.

On Friday, October 23rd, the nightmare begins when our doors open at 4PM. We’re turning Gnosis into a place where the b**r is cold, the nightmares are real, and you might want to think twice before closing your eyes. And because even nightmares make you hungry, our friends at Golden Dome Pizza Co. will be here serving up their killer Neapolitan pizzas!

This is your opportunity to become part of something beyond the taproom. Exclusive b**r releases, special member-only experiences, early access, unforgettable gatherings, and a community of passionate Gnosis supporters who help make everything we do possible.

Our HypGnosis Society is more than a membership. It’s a chance to get closer to the b**r, the people, and the creativity behind Gnosis Brewing. It’s been a long time since we’ve poured this one—Lynchpin is back! Only released twice before, with the last batch dating all the way back to early 2023, Lynchpin is our 7.4% ABV all-Nelson Hazy IPA created in honor of our dear friends, the Lynch family—Joe, Tammy and Matt, and their favorite hop variety.

Expect intense dank tropical fruit layered with Nelson’s signature white grape and white w**e character, followed by subtle earthiness. All of it sits on a big, soft malt canvas that lets this incredibly complex hop shine from beginning to end. It is one beautiful hazy—see the photo for yourself! Welcome back, Lynchpin. We missed this one.

SURPRISE. LOOK WHAT’S BACK ON TAP! We dug into the stout vault and decided Thursday and the rest of the weekend deserved a little something extra.

Illumous Three — Imperial Stout rested on cacao nibs and mint for a rich, decadent combination of deep chocolate and cool mint.
•
Banana Pudding Nocte — Sweet Stout loaded with vanilla beans from Ecuador, Uganda + Comoros, then finished with organic bananas for pure banana-pudding-in-a-glass goodness.

Two decadent Gnosis favorites are back on tap starting today for a very limited time. Pouring while supplies last.

We’ve got some fresh b**r hitting Gnosis tonight, including a familiar favorite with a fresh new look—and the return of one we have only released one other time before.

SOLSCAPE — Our fan-favorite 6% ABV hazy is freshly stocked and sporting a slightly evolved Solscape can design. New look, same amazing hazy IPA inside—soft, juicy and loaded with the Citra and Galaxy hop character that keeps making this one disappear from our coolers.
•
VERITY — It’s been a minute! Verity makes its long-awaited second appearance tonight. This 5.8% Hazy IPA brings together Motueka, Strata and Amarillo hops for a juicy combination of bright citrus, tropical fruit, lime and dank hop character wrapped in a soft hazy body.
•
Don’t forget… BINGO tonight 6-8PM. Big Guy BBQ will be serving up the dinner!

We’re putting the finishing touches on the 2027 membership, and full details will be announced very soon.
