Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and increasing sales within your assigned territory. This is a performance-driven position with excellent earning potential through a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new wholesale customers.
Visit grocery stores, restaurants, cafรฉs, bakeries, and retail businesses.
Present and demonstrate Golden Desserts' product line.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Coordinate with customer service and warehouse staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
Represent Golden Desserts professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Sales experience required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
Ability to lift product samples when necessary.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
