We are very excited to share the new hours for El Peco!!! Friday and Saturday 10am-8pm Unfortunately, he already passed away. We are located in Merrimack, NH.

Hi everyone

My name isJorge; El Peco is one of my childhood nicknames that an great uncle named me. My uncle nickname was Checho, I miss him so much. El Peco is the name of my empanada business. My company makes different kind of empanadas(Salteñas). This is a type of Bolivian empanada, they are made of beef, chicken, pork, or veggie. I can say that making Salteñas is one of the things I enjoy doing it. Please let me know if you would like to try or put an order. I have special discounts if you order a dozen. They can be ready to eat or frozen to keep it for a different occasion. Please text, call, or e-mail me if you have any questions, just ask for Jorge or Sam, thank you. Tomorrow is the last day for El Peco 🫶in Merrimack NH. Come and order your last empanadas. We only have spicy pork, spice cheese and regular cheese left! Come tomorrow and order before they are gone. Thank you for your support. We will keep you updated of what is next, have a great summer.

Good day everyone, we have an important announcement. El Peco will close its empanada Shop (business) in Merrimack, NH. Our last day will be Friday, May 31; our lease will end in a few months. We are looking for a more spacious place. For now we did not find that ideal building yet. So, we have empanadas(saltenas)! until the last Friday of this month or until they last. Don’t forget to order some delicious empanadas before they are gone. Thank you very much for the great support. We will keep you updated!

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a great year. Due Thanksgiving, El Peco will be closed this Thursday and Friday November 23-24. We want to wish you a great Thanksgiving, and let’s remember the many blessings and miracles in our lives. El Peco is always ready to take you order. Also, remember that starting December 1st! Hi everyone , it has been a while since our last El Peco post. We want to announce that starting December 1st, El Peco will only be open Fridays and Saturdays. We are doing this because we will be going to different festival events around New England sharing our Bolivian food and music. Yes! We will also be playing traditional Bolivian folklore music. Thank you everyone for the great support, and don’t forget to get some delicious and fresh empanadas!!!
