First two of the new batches.

The left is C***r Burn, an apple focused mild hot sauce made with fresh apples, pasilla and Hungarian wax peppers, and apple c***r.

The right is Street Heat Elote, a tangy corn focused hot sauce with flavors reminiscent of elote (Mexican street corn). It's tangy, smoky, and just the right amount of sweetness.

Hey, my name's Corey and I've been making fermented hot sauces for a bit now.

It started when I was trying to come up with new ideas for what to do with my garden grown peppers and I was growing tired of just pickling them. Hot sauce seemed like a great way to go.

I started real basic, with just peppers and then started growing to different flavors and ingredients.

I've been sharing them with friends and family and figured now I could start expanding more.
