We started by selling native produce and expanded into raising perennials and offering annuals, herbs and vegetable plants, flowering bushes, etc. We have added a great country gift shop that changes with decorating and gift suggestions as the season changes.

Add some lasting color to your garden — ALL ROSE BUSHES are $15 OFF regular price! That includes Proven Winners® roses, Knock Out® Roses, shrub roses & more!

Roses aren’t just beautiful. Many modern varieties are bred to be hardy, disease-resistant and repeat blooming, giving you color from summer well into fall. Their flowers also provide a food source for bees and other pollinators, especially open-flowered varieties.

A few tips for happy roses:
• Give them 6+ hours of sun each day
• Plant in well-drained soil
• Water deeply at the base rather than frequently sprinkling the leaves
• Give them room for good air circulation
• Deadhead spent blooms to keep many varieties flowering — although some newer roses will rebloom beautifully without much fuss!

Late summer is still a great time to plant. Get your roses established now, keep them well-watered through the remainder of summer, and they’ll have time to begin developing roots before winter.
