Locally brewed kombucha, Kratom leaf 🍃, cinnamon sticks, touch of local raw honey 🍯 All natural alcohol alternative heaped with naturally occurring probiotics, B vitamins, and organic acids (ACV-style). It makes you feel energized, lifts your mood and excellent for gut health.

We canned it, kept it cold, and then taste tested it after 2 years.

Our first pallet of sugar!

2,500 pounds of those sweet crystals that our SCOBYs love so much.

Actually, the yeast eats the sugar and releases bubbles & alcohol. The bacteria then eats the alcohol and any remaining sugary bits.

There’s a lot of teamwork that goes on which results in the creation of organic acids (like ACV), probiotics and vitamins. And it all starts with sugar which is consumed to create what the ancients called, “the elixir of life” aka kombucha.
