She found her favorite schoolyard dog upset,
hurting, and face covered in porcupine quills… and she couldn’t just walk away and watch her suffer.
That’s just who she is. Compassionate.
The kids at school may love this dog, but nobody loves her more than my wife does 🐶❤️

One of the jungle’s most beautiful little masterpieces 😍

This is a motmot — famous here in Honduras for its brilliant turquoise colors and its unique “pendulum tail” that slowly swings back and forth while it sits quietly in the trees. The racket-shaped tail feathers almost don’t look real.

These birds are surprisingly calm and will often stay perfectly still long enough to admire their incredible colors up close. Another reminder that God filled even the hidden corners of the rainforest with creativity and beauty far beyond necessity. 🌿💙
