Back to the studio..

Hello! It's been a minute since we've posted. Between having a kid and a lot of life shenanigans we took a break from the brew life. Well the brew life pulled us back in! That's why we want to introduce our back to the studio series. The first brew out of Fenyx Brewing this year will be an ice cold lager. As one of the co-brewer in charge (Buda) would say: Oooohswahhhh

Howdy Folks!

Happy presidents day. In lieu of that it is also brew day here at the FBC. Today we are brewing at our satellite branch in Seemsville! It will also be the maiden voyage of our new brew kettle as we fire it up and start our next brew which will be a Bavarian hefeweizen!

Should be ready around the end of March and with that...

Just a little update for you folks.

Our new brewing equipment has arrived! I'd like to thank the fine people at Northern Brewer for hooking this up for us!

Which brew would you like to see next? With this we could increase production so we are looking for ideas!

The seasons upon us it's that time of year! The magic potion just went into the fermenter for the winter spiced ale. We bottle tomorrow and first squeeze will be around Christmas.

Jax Frost is on the stove! And the potion is in the Mason jar. As Clark w Griswold would say, can I get you some egg nog? Take you out to the desert, leave you for dead?

Why hello there!

The spooky season is upon us and the Immortal beings are all around. That means it's time for Immortal Stout! We've labeled up a couple tonight and the first squeeze will be happening this weekend!

Next month we brew the 'Jax Frost ' and let me know in the comments if you like spiced ale or not!
