Savidge Farms is a fully-operational agricultural farm located in Mertztown, PA. We are a short drive from Bear Creek Recreation Area in Macungie and an easy commute from most anywhere in Berks and Lehigh counties. You can count on the friendly staff of Savidge Farms to provide you with courtesy, value and above all...FUN in everything we offer our guests. We welcome families, school field trips and are proud to be an Official Girls Scouts of America approved facility. Savidge Farms offers affordable family fun for all ages! Join us in the fall for our array of fun activities. We offer rides out to our pumpkin patches where you can select that perfect pumpkin for your fall celebrations. After you have your pumpkins, we invite you and your family to stick around to enjoy a ride on our combine slide! You will be sure to enjoy watching the kids have fun on this popular slide and see them on the hay castle. We offer miniature golf, a small zoo of animals including sheep and goats. We offer a new corn maze layout each year to challenge even the most daring adventurers. Stop by and see if you can beat last year's time! The stars of our Autumn Adventure are our pumpkins! 🎃

These beauties were planted about four weeks ago, and in another 4–5 weeks we should start seeing blooms. Did you know the first pumpkin blossoms are typically male flowers?

This year we’ve planted more than 27 different varieties, with pumpkins in shades of orange, white, green, yellow, and more! Harvest begins around Labor Day, and every pumpkin is picked by hand—no machinery, just a lot of hard work and care.

We can’t wait to see the fields filled with colorful pumpkins this fall. 🎃

Another fun part of our Autumn Adventure is our corn maze! 🌽🍂

A few years ago, we added a scavenger hunt to the maze, and families have loved the challenge of solving the mystery of Who Stole the Golden Corn? It’s quickly become a favorite tradition for guests of all ages.

Believe it or not, this is where it all begins—a simple corn patch. Over the next few weeks, we’ll transform it into an exciting maze filled with twists, turns, clues, and fun!

It takes a village to prepare for our 2026 Autumn Adventure! Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy planting our mums, and this year we planted 1,008 of them. As you can see, they’re growing beautifully! 🌼

To help them thrive, they’re on a drip irrigation system that waters them three times a day. We can’t wait to see them burst into color this fall.
