Silly Mountain Farm

Silly Mountain Farm I'm Lori. This page is for sharing my journey with raising goats and all the shenanigans that go along with it. I started with 2 pregnant goats November 2025.

You can learn with me as I grow my heard for breeding and making products from the goats milk.

Little Chloe, waiting for me to come back from feeding the neighbors animals. She loves to try to sneak past me thinking the other dogs will come out for a play date.

Good thing Chloe is on the other side of the fence. The goats don't like her. Willow could care less. She just wants my attention. 😅❤️

I live in a great community.
Most of the time having animals means you need to stay home to take care of them. In my neighborhood we help take care of each others
animals so we can get out and travel some.
These are some pics of my neighbors animals that I'm taking care of.
I love their animals because I don't have horses or pigs but I get to enjoy their's. ❤️

Little Aspen and little Oakley having a little baking soda to help with tummy issues. Aspen felt warm to me so I took her temp and it was 104.6° and it's suppose to be under 102.5°.
I've been keeping up with her shots and other meds. The vet wanted me to bring her inside but she's really bonded to Oakley and they both through a fit being separated. I made this little spot for them and I hooked up a swamped cooler and faced it into that area for them to stay cool. The vet also told me to put rubbing alcohol on her stomach and between her toes. The last 24 hours have worn me out and I think Aspen is starting to not like me after all the stuff I've had to do to her to help her feel better. If you pray, please say a little prayer for this little one. ❤️🙏

They loved this crib. It didn't last long being outside but they would use it to get leaves off the tree and lay under it for shade.

Since I have a lot of new followers and I'm seeing a lot of snake videos, I thought I'd share mine again. This is the unedited version. Enjoy!
