Silly Mountain Farm My name is Lori and this page is for sharing my little farm and all the shenanigans that go along with it. Like many, this is a childhood dream come true.

I started with 2 pregnant goats November 2025 and still growing. Follow along and enjoy it with me.

The standoff! Stryker and Chloe.

I saw this bird on the pole this morning and at first didn't think it was real until it moved. What a cool thing to see.

What's the weather like in your area?

I thought Stryker was going to be brave and come see me. Nope! He decided to go back to the heard but made a little stop to do gross bucky stuff and p*e on himself. They do this gross thing to attract the females. 🤮

This was yesterday. We got a lot of rain the last few days. Today the weather is nice and sunny. 🌞

I had a little help from mother nature this morning getting the chickens and turkeys back in their run. The latch didn't latch last night I guess so I'll need to check it from now on.

Ugh! I came out this morning to this! They aren't suppose to be out.

Little Stryker in his house eating while is raining. BTW, his house is already starting to smell bucky. 🤣
Before anyone comes at me, he has full access to back pasture and he's not locked in his house.

I've decided to call him Stryker. I've been trying this name for the past 24 hours and it just fits this spunky little guy.

Sleepy little guy. 😴 💤
He ate some hay, took a drink and now taking a little nap.
